The standard range includes sizes from MEC 160 to MEC 355.
The cast iron motors have SKF open bearings inside greasing chambers and have external greasers for periodic lubrication; on the outside of the shields the grease dispensers are an effective and resistant mechanical protection for the bearings. The PTC type thermal sensors on the windings control possible overheating (a sensor for each phase). The fixing feet are melded with the casing to guarantee exceptional resistance; the casing is extremely robust and is specially designed to dissipate the heat better and simplify sanitation; even the terminal box is of cast iron and can be rotated to direct the cable glands in the best direction.
The single phase 2, 4 and 6-pole motors have a high IE2 efficiency level.
